User Clip Agreement
This User Clip Agreement applies to all use of UN3V3N Clips features.
1. Rights and Permission Requirement
Before generating clips, you must have all required ownership rights, licenses, or permission to use the source content.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use UN3V3N Clips to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
3. Compliance with Platform Rules
You are responsible for complying with all rules of any platform where source material or generated clips are uploaded, posted, or distributed.
4. Ownership and Responsibility
You remain responsible for all source links submitted, clips generated, edits created, and publishing actions taken.
5. No Rights Transfer
Use of UN3V3N Clips does not transfer ownership of third-party works or grant rights to materials you do not own.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
UN3V3N may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Clips features for suspected misuse, abuse, infringement, or policy violations.
7. Reporting and Cooperation
Users agree to cooperate with lawful investigations and reasonable requests related to infringement claims or abuse prevention.
8. Acknowledgment
By selecting I Agree and Continue, you acknowledge and accept this agreement and confirm that your use is lawful and authorized.
