UN3V3N respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content available through UN3V3N infringes your copyright, submit a written notice containing:
Your full legal name and contact information.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it.
A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

2. DMCA Contact
Send notices to [email protected] with subject line DMCA Notice.
3. Response Process
Upon receiving a compliant notice, UN3V3N may remove or disable access to the identified material and may notify affected users.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes required legal statements and your consent to jurisdiction where required by law.
5. Repeat Infringers
UN3V3N may suspend or terminate accounts or access associated with repeated infringement claims.
6. Misrepresentation
Submitting false notices or false counter-notices may expose the sender to legal liability.
7. Non-DMCA Claims
Trademark, privacy, defamation, or other claims should be sent to [email protected] and clearly labeled with the claim type.
